等离子体改性锌镁铝水滑石的吸附性能研究

摘要: 采用共沉淀法制备锌镁铝水滑石,利用低温等离子体介质阻挡放电对水滑石进行改性,提高水滑石对甲基橙的吸附能力。采用XRDBETSEM以及FTIR对不同水滑石样品进行表征。研究了甲基橙的初始浓度以及吸收剂的用量对水滑石吸附性能的影响。结果表明:经过等离子体改性后焙烧的水滑石表现出高吸附能力,理论最大吸附容量为1 327 mg·g-1。水滑石吸附甲基橙数据符合准二阶吸附动力学方程,吸附等温线符合Langmuir等温线。表征结果说明经过等离子体改性后水滑石分散性更好、比表面积增大,孔容孔径增大。说明等离子体改性是一种改善水滑石吸附性能的良好手段。

Adsorption Properties of ZnMgAl Hydrotalcite Modified by Plasma

Abstract: ZnMgAlLDHs were prepared by coprecipitation method, and dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) nonthermal plasma was applied for ZnMgAlLDHs modification to improve the adsorption property of methyl orange (MO). ZnMgAlLDHs were characterized via XRD, BET, SEM and FTIR. Effects of initial MO concentration and adsorbent dosage on adsorption property of samples were investigated. ZnMgAlLDHs treated by combination of plasma modification and calcination exhibited high adsorption capacity of 1 327 mg·g-1. The equilibrium data for the adsorption of MO on adsorbents could be well fitted by the Pseudosecondorder equation and Langmuir equation. The characterization results showed that plasma modification led to the increase of specific surface area, pore volume and average pore size, as well as good dispersion. Plasma modification could be a potential and effective way for adsorption property improvement.
