络筒机摆动握臂式防叠机构的运动学分析

摘要: 摆动握臂式防叠机构是络筒机的一种机械式防叠装置,为了解其运动学特性,采用矩阵解析法建立防叠机构的运动方程,并运用MATLAB软件进行数值求解,得到各构件的运动特征曲线。结果表明:在偏心轮转动一周的过程中,摇臂、转子臂、双臂摆杆的(角)位移、(角)速度和(角)加速度值只略有波动;推杆和滑块的(角)位移、(角)速度和(角)加速度值波动幅度较为明显;摆动板和筒锭的(角)位移和(角)速度值相对平稳,但(角)加速度值分别出现了瞬时峰值和多次瞬间跃动现象。摆动握臂式防叠机构的运动学分析对络筒机的结构和尺寸优化具有参考意义。

Abstract: The swing arm type anti folding mechanism is a kind of mechanical anti folding device in winding machine. In order to reveal the kinematic characteristic of the antistacking mechanism, the matrix analysis method was used to establish the kinematic model for it and the MATLAB software was used for numerical solving. The motion characteristic curves of each component of the antistacking mechanism were then obtained. The results show that when the eccentric wheel rotates one circle, the (angular) displacements, (angular) velocities and (angular) accelerations of the rocker arm, rotor arm and doublearm swinging rods have little fluctuation. While the same motion parameters of the push rod and sliding block change relatively large. Further, the (angular) displacements and (angular) velocities of the winging plate and cylinder ingot are relatively stable, but the (angular) accelerations of the two links occur an instantaneous peak value and many transient jumps. The kinematic analysis of the swing arm type anti folding mechanism has reference significance for the winding machine.
