摘要: 为得到均匀稳定的磁性碳纳米管,选用几种常见的化学包覆剂,继而研究了不同表面修饰方式对碳纳米管包覆表面的影响,并对修饰前后的碳纳米管表面进行基团表征和包覆形貌分析对比,探究合适的修饰方式以期达到较好的磁性粒子包覆量及包覆稳定性。结果发现:并非采用层层包覆方式才能够达到最佳的包覆效果,经过SDS(十二烷基硫酸钠)表面包覆后的磁性多壁碳纳米管其表面包覆效果更佳。经超声振动后,SDS也表现出了较好的包覆稳定性。

Effect of Surface Modification on Carbon Nanotube

Abstract: In order to obtain stationary and homogeneous magnetic nanotube, several common chemical coating agents were chosen to study on the effect of surface modification on the preparation of magnetic carbon nanotubes and to compare coating quantity and stability of magnetic particles modified by one or more modifiers before and after modification. Results showed that the best coating effect could not be achieved by layer upon layer coating, and the surface coating effect of magnetic multi walled carbon nanotubes with SDS (sodium lauryl sulfate) was the best. After ultrasonic vibration, SDS had a good coating stability.
