复合材料转子形状记忆合金支承系统的振动特性

摘要: 研究具有形状记忆合金(SMA)弹簧支承的复合材料轴转子系统的振动特性。基于Brinson热力学本构方程,研究SMA螺旋弹簧的受限回复特性;采用Timoshenko梁理论对复合材料旋转轴进行结构建模,给出特征值问题的求解公式。通过数值计算揭示SMA的激励温度、SMA的初始应变、纤维铺层角、铺层方式以及长径比对转子系统的涡动频率、对数衰减率的以及临界转速的影响规律。

Dynamic Analysis of a Composite RotorShape Memory Alloy Bearing System

Abstract: This paper presented a model of a composite rotorshape memory alloy bearing system. To describe the stiffness characteristic of SMA helical spring in the state of restrained strain, Brinson thermodynamics constitutive equation was adopted. Timoshenko beam theory was used to derive the dynamic euqations of composite shaft, the formula for solving eigenvalue problems was given. By numerical calculation, the influence of the SMA excitation temperature, the initial strain of the SMA, ply angle, stacking sequences and ratio of length over outer radius on the natural frequency, the logarithmic decrement and critical speed of the rotor system was illustrated.
