三叉式万向联轴器的等温非牛顿润滑特性分析

摘要: 流体普遍存在着非牛顿特性,因此对润滑油所表现出来的非牛顿特性进行研究显得尤为重要。应用新型三叉式万向联轴器的润滑模型,假定在新型三叉式万向联轴器工作时润滑油的温度和与其相接触的联轴器表面的温度是处处相等的,并将润滑油假设为ReeEyring型流体,利用多重网格法进行数值分析,进而研究等温非牛顿流体条件下新型三叉式万向联轴器的润滑特性。探讨有效半径、频率、振幅、简化弹性模量、载荷和黏度等因素对新型三叉杆万向联轴器润滑特性的影响,分析了这些因素对联轴器在润滑过程中的压力、油膜厚度、最小油膜厚度、中心油膜厚度以及最大压力的影响,以便对它的润滑特性进行改进。

Abstract: Non Newtonian behavior exists widely in fluid, so it is very important to study the non Newtonian behavior of the lubricant. In this paper, the lubrication model of a new tripod universal joint is used, and it is assumed that the temperature of the lubricating oil is equal to the temperature of the joint surface when the joint is working. At the same time, the lubricating oil is assumed to be ReeEyring type fluid, and the multigrid method is used for numerical analysis to study the lubrication properties of new tripod universal joint under the condition of isothermal non Newtonian fluid. The influence of effective radius, frequency, amplitude, simplified elastic modulus, load and viscosity on the lubrication properties of the joint were investigated. The effects of these factors on pressure, film thickness, minimum film thickness, central oil film thickness and maximum pressure in the lubrication process were analyzed which can improve its lubrication properties.
