pH值对BiOX(X=Cl、Br、I)光催化剂性能的影响

摘要: 以Bi2O3和HX(X=Cl、Br、I)为主要原料,用氨水调节出不同pH值,制备出层片纳米结构BiOX(X=Cl、Br、I)光催化材料,并通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外可见漫反射光谱仪(DRS)等手段对该样品进行物相、形貌、光学性能表征,在可见光辐照下以甲基橙(MO)为目标污染物测试BiOX(X=Cl、Br、I)光催化性能。对比分析了BiOX(X=Cl、Br、I)形貌、光吸收波长、光催化降解速率。结果表明:在pH=9时制备的BiOCl、pH=9时制备的BiOBr、pH=6时制备的BiOI,由于具有更小的纳米片尺寸和更为疏松的微观结构使其分别具有更好的光催化性能。光催化性能优化机制可从纳米片尺寸、结构疏松程度等方面分析。

Influence of pH Values on BiOX(X=Cl,Br,I) Photocatalytic Performance

Abstract: BiOX(X=Cl,Br,I) photocatalysts with nanosheets structure were prepared by using Bi2O3 and HX(X=Cl,Br,I) as raw materials. Different pH value of solution was adjusted by addition of ammonia in preparation. The samples were characterized by XRD, SEM and DRS. Using MO as the target pollutants, the photocatalytic properties of BiOX(X=Cl,Br,I) were measured. The morphology, absorption edge and photodegradation efficiency of BiOX(X=Cl,Br,I) were compared and analyzed. It is proved that BiOCl prepared on pH=9, BiOBr prepared on pH=9 and BiOI prepared on pH=6 have much higher photocatalytic activity. The reason is the samples prepared under this condition have smaller nanosheet size and more loose structure. Optimization mechanism could be explained by the size of nanosheets and the porousness of structure.
