摘要: 以废旧丁基内胎橡胶为研究对象,利用开炼机进行再生,通过调整机械力大小及再生助剂的配合改变再生胶的再生程度。结果表明:力化学再生废丁基橡胶,随薄通次数增加,再生胶门尼黏度降低,再生胶硫化胶的机械性能提高;活化剂可加速橡胶再生,削弱机械力对再生过程的影响;软化剂与活化剂具有协同作用,削弱橡胶分子链间的相互作用,此时,在外力作用下,交联键及大分子主链更容易断裂,硫化胶强度下降。

Abstract: In this paper, waste butyl rubber inner tubes were regenerated by an open mill. Influence of mechanical force and regeneration additives on regeneration effect was also studied. Results indicated that the Mooney viscosity of the reclaimed rubber reduced and the mechanical property increased as the mill run times increased. Activator can speed up the regeneration process, and weaken the influence of mechanical force to the regeneration process. The synergy of softener and activator weakened the interaction between rubber chains, so the crosslink bonds and rubber chains can be easier to break under the action of external force. The tensile strength of the vulcanizate decreased as well.
