聚β-羟基丁酸酯(PHB)在咪唑类离子液体中的溶解行为

摘要: 对聚β-羟基丁酸酯(PHB)在咪唑类离子液体中的溶解行为进行了考察,同时采用去离子水作为沉降剂回收。采用红外光谱(FTIR)、热重(TGA)和扫描电镜(SEM)等手段研究了再生PHB的结构性能,并考察了反应温度、反应时间对PHB溶解度的影响。结果表明:PHB在离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐[Bmim][OAc]中的溶解度较大,再生PHB的结构和热稳定性未发生变化,离子液体重复使用6次后,PHB溶解度没有明显降低。

Abstract: The degradation of poly(β-hydroxybutyrate) (PHB) was successfully achieved using different imidazolium-based ionic liquids. The products were separated by adding water as the nonsolvent. The chemical structure and properties of the regenerated PHB were characterized by infrared spectrometric analyzer (IR), thermogravimetric analysis instrument (TGA) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The influences of experimental parameters, such as the dissolution time, dissolution temperature on the solubility of PHB in [Bmim][OAc] were also investigated. And the results show that [Bmim][OAc] was a good solvent for dissolution of PHB. The structure and thermal stability of the regenerated PHB were quite similar to that of PHB material. In addition, the recycling of the ionic liquid showed that [Bmim][OAc] could be used repeatedly. Moreover, the solubility of PHB in the recycled ionic liquid is higher than that in fresh ionic liquid.
