摘要: 大分子壳聚糖做原料,在醋酸溶液中用H2O2对其进行氧化降解,制备甲壳低聚糖。考察了降解时间、降解温度、反应物配比等对降解反应的影响,并且系统地探究了无水乙醇(沉淀剂)的用量及溶剂醋酸的质量分数对所得产品黏均相对分子质量的影响。得到最优降解条件:降解时间8 h、降解温度75 ℃、n(H2O2)∶n(壳聚糖)为3、V(沉淀剂)∶V(降解液)为5、溶剂醋酸的质量分数为2%。在此条件下,产品收率高达85%,黏均相对分子质量约为2 300,且吸湿保湿性良好。

Preparation and Moisture Absorption of Chitooligosaccharide

Abstract: Chitooligosaccharide was prepared by oxidative degradation of chitosan with hydroperoxide in acetic acid system. The influences of oxidative degradation reaction conditions, such as reaction time, reaction temperature, and material ratio, etc, were studied. In addition, amount of anhydrous ethanol (precipitant) and percentage of acetic acid were explored, systematically. The optimum oxidative degradation conditions were obtained as follows: the aqueous solution of 2% acetic acid 60 mL, reaction time 8 h, reaction temperature 75 ℃, n(H2O2)∶n(chitosan)=3, and v(precipitant)∶v(degradation solution)=5, percentage of acetic acid 2%. Under above conditions, the yield of product is 85%, and the viscosityaverage molar mass is 2 300. At the same time, chitooligosaccharide possessed better moisture absorption properties, the final product was characterized by the infrared spectrum.
