Bi9V2ClO18新型光催化剂的制备与光催化活性评价

摘要: 以BiOCl、Bi2O3、NH4VO3为原材料,采用固相合成法制备了Bi9V2ClO18新型光催化剂,通过XRD、SEM和HRTEM对样品的物相、形貌和结晶质量进行了表征,测试了样品的紫外可见漫反射吸收光谱。结果表明:其吸收边为465 nm,禁带宽度为2.67 eV。采用罗丹明B (RhB)、亚甲基蓝 (MB)为目标污染物,测试了Bi9V2ClO18光催化剂的可见光光催化活性。在可见光下辐射9 h,RhB降解率达82%;可见光下辐射5 h,MB降解率达83%。测试结果表明:所制备Bi9V2ClO18材料是可见光响应型光催化剂,在可见光辐照下对罗丹明B和亚甲基蓝的光降解主要依赖于光催化剂的直接光降解机制。

Preparation of Bi9V2ClO18 Novel Photocatalyst and Its Photocatalytic Acitivity

Abstract: Bi9V2ClO18 novel photocatalyst was prepared using BiOCl, Bi2O3 and NH4VO3 as raw materials by a solid state method. The sample was characterized by XRD, SEM and HRTEM. The ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflection spectrum was achieved and the absorption edge is about 465 nm, Eg is 2.67 eV. Using RhB and MB as the target pollutants, the visible-light-responsed photocatalytic activity of Bi9V2ClO18 was measured. Photodegradation effeciency of RhB was 82% after 9 h; photodegradation effeciency of MB was 83% after 5 h. Bi9V2ClO18 was proved as a novel visible-light-responsed photocatalystand that the photodegradation progress depends on the direct photodegradation mechanism.
