电沉积法制备SrTiO3/TiO2多层复合结构及其性能表征

摘要:采用电沉积法在TiO2纳米管阵列上制备了SrTiO3/TiO2多层复合结构。研究了不同反应条件对SrTiO3/TiO2多层复合结构形貌的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜、X-射线衍射仪、能谱仪和电化学工作站对制备的SrTiO3/TiO2多层复合结构进行了表征。结果表明,在不同的条件下分别可以得到管状SrTiO3/TiO2复合结构和花瓣状SrTiO3/TiO2复合结构。其中,管状SrTiO3/TiO2复合结构的光电化学性能较纯TiO2纳米管阵列有较大提高,而花瓣状SrTiO3/TiO2复合结构的光电化学性能提高不大。

Preparation of SrTiO3/TiO2 Multilayer Composite Structure by Electrodeposition and Its Performance

Abstract: In this paper, the SrTiO3/TiO2 multi-layer composite structures were fabricated on TiO2 nanotube arrays by electrodeposition. The effect of different reaction conditions on the morphology of SrTiO3/TiO2 multilayer composite structure has been studied. SrTiO3/TiO2 multilayer composite structures were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and energy dispersive spectrometer. The results show that the tubular SrTiO3/TiO2 composite structure and the flower shaped SrTiO3/TiO2 composite structure can be obtained under different conditions. The photoelectrochemical properties of tubular SrTiO3/TiO2 composite structure are much higher than that of pure TiO2 nanotube arrays, but flower shaped SrTiO3/TiO2 composite structure were not improved obviously.
