摘要: 通过软件仿真拟合出动车组用辅助变流器风道的风量风阻曲线,并结合所选用风机在不同转速下的静压力风量曲线(PQ曲线)确定了风机工作点风量。利用该风量值计算出辅助变流器各元器件的稳态温度,用于评估该风道的设计与所选风机的匹配性能。最后通过温升试验验证了仿真分析的正确性。

Simulation Analysis of Air Duct Radiating of Electronic Multiple Unit Auxiliary Converter

Abstract: The paper introduces a method of simulation analysis fitting air quantity - air resistance curve for air duct of auxiliary converter through software simulation, determining the air quantity for working point of air blower according to pressure-quantity curve (P-Q curve) in different fan speed, calculating static temperature of each component of the auxiliary converter to evaluate the matching performance between the air duct and the fan. Finally, the method of simulation analysis is verified correctly by the result of temperature rise test.
