摘要:提出了一种新型双层曝气机构,实现了水体浅层与深层的二次曝气。首先,分析现有倒伞型曝气机和潜水式曝气机结构特点,然后运用逆向思维方法提取影响曝气性能的主要装置,设计出了中空主轴充气、倒伞叶轮与推流片同轴双层二次曝气结构。最后,进行了数值模拟分析和模型实验,模拟分析结果和实验结果表明,机构具有气泡碎化效果好、气水混合充分、充氧量大和服务面积大的优点。

Research of Double-layer Composite Submarine Surface Aeration Machine

Abstract: Presents a new double-layer aeration mechanism and achieves secondary aeration of shallow and deep water. Firstly, analyzes the characteristics of the structure of inverted umbrella aerator and submersible aerator, and then, the use of reverse thinking to extract the influence aerator performance of the main devices and design a hollow spindle inflatable, inverted umbrella coaxial double-propeller plug flow and secondary aeration structures. Finally, conducts numerical simulation analysis and model experiments, simulation results and experiment results show that the mechanism has the advantage of good bubble fragmentation effect, gaswater mixture fully, large amount of oxygen and large service area.
