摘要:以环十五烷酮为原料,通过羰基的保护、溴的取代与消除、羰基的脱保护以及甲基化合成麝香酮,同时优化合成麝香酮的反应条件,提高了麝香酮的产率,最终产率约为33.5%。

Synthesis and Optimization of Musk Ketone

Abstract: This paper used cycolpentadecanone as reactant,by protecting carbonyl group, bromine substitution reaction, elimination reaction, deprotection of carbonyl group and methylation to synthesize musk ketone. While optimizing the reaction conditions of synthetic musk ketone and increasing its yield, the yield reached 33.5%.
