硫黄用量对橡胶/尼龙帘线动态粘合性能的影响

摘要: 采用传统动态疲劳方法(德默西亚疲劳机)和自主研发的测试橡胶/聚合物帘线动态粘合性能的方法(MTS弹性体测试系统),考察了硫黄用量对橡胶/尼龙帘线动态粘合性能的影响。结果表明:随着硫黄用量的增加,静态粘合力呈线性上升趋势;德默西亚动态粘合力在硫黄用量较少时与静态粘合力相差不大,但是在硫黄用量较高时,动态粘合力明显降低;采用MTS动态疲劳,粘合寿命随着硫黄用量的增大呈线性上升趋势。实验表明,要根据橡胶制品不同的使用条件,采用不同的动态测试方法。

Effect of Sulfur Content on  Dynamic AdhesionProperties of Rubber/Nylon Cord Composites

 Abstract: Using a traditional dynamic fatigue method (Demattia) and a selfdeveloped method (MTS), the dynamic adhesion properties of rubber/polymer cords composites were tested. The results showed that the static adhesion strength was a linear upward trend with the increase of sulfur content. And the dynamic adhesion strength tested by Demottia was more or less than the static adhesion strength when the sulfur content was low. But it showed a significant decrease when the sulfur content was high. Using MTS dynamic test, the adhesion lifetime was also a linear upward trend with the increase of sulfur content. So, we should choose different dynamic testing method in different rubber applying circumstances.
