高性能多孔氮化硅陶瓷的制备进展及应用

摘要： 多孔氮化硅陶瓷是近年来开发的一种结构功能一体化新型陶瓷材料，因其优异的性能和广阔的应用前景，受到了国内外相关学者的关注。从多孔氮化硅材料的结构与性能之间的关系为出发点，重点阐述国内外关于多孔氮化硅陶瓷材料制备技术的研究进展，归纳总结该新型材料的应用领域，并展望了该材料的研发趋势和市场前景。

Abstract: Porous silicon nitride ceramics, a new type structural and functional ceramic material manufactured in recent year, has been widely concerned for their high performance and wide application. In this paper, the progress of preparation technology of porous silicon nitride ceramic were described from the relation of the structure and properties, and its application areas were also introduced. In addition, the research development trends and market prospects were forecast.
