摘要: 从山东潍坊玉米种植地采集的土壤样品中分离筛选出1株螺螨酯高效降解菌。使用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定了分离菌株对螺螨酯、吡虫啉和丁醚脲等8种农药的降解率,对该菌株进行了菌种鉴定并测定了最佳生长条件。结果显示:通过对筛选出的菌株WF146形态学观察及16S rDNA序列分析,初步鉴定该菌株为肠杆菌属(Enterobacter sp.)。确定了该菌株最佳的生长温度为30℃、pH为70。在培养120 h后对螺螨酯的降解率为7642%,对吡虫啉、三氟羧草醚、乙嘧酚磺酸酯、丁醚脲和烯酰吗啉的降解率为2081%~4106%。

Isolation, Identification and Its Characteristics of a Spirodiclofen Degrading Bacterium

Abstract: A higheffective spirodiclofendegrading bacterium was isolated from corn cultivated soil in Weifang of Shandong. Eight kinds of pesticides(spirodiclofen,imidacloprid and diafenthiuron et al)degradation rate of the strain was detected using HPLC method. The strain identification and the best cultivated conditions were determined. Results: Based on morphology and 16S rDNA gene sequence analysis, the strain was identified as Enterobacter sp. the best cultivated temperature and pH of the strain were 30 ℃ and 70. After 120 h cultivation, the spirodiclofen degradation rate of the screened strain WF146 was 7642%, the degradation rate was 2081%—4106% to imidacloprid, acifluorfene, bupirimate, diafenthiuron and dimethomorph.
