系列长链烷基芳基磺酸盐的合成及性能研究

摘要: 以苯、甲苯、乙苯、异丙苯和α烯烃(C20~C24)为原料,经Friedel-Crafts烷基化反应、磺化反应及中和反应等反应步骤,用有较强活性的离子液体作催化剂,最终合成了长链烷基苯、长链烷基甲苯、长链烷基乙苯和长链烷基异丙苯磺酸盐4种化合物。利用红外光谱对中间体及磺酸盐进行表征,并对磺酸盐进行界面性能与乳化性能测定。结果发现:4种磺酸盐表面活性剂的界面张力随表面活性剂浓度的增大先减小后增大,界面张力值均能达到10-2~10-3mN·m-1数量级;对于液体石蜡乳化能力,烷基异丙苯磺酸盐的乳化能力最强;在活性剂质量分数为0.3%时,4种磺酸盐的乳化能力均达到最大值。

Synthesis and Properties of Series of Longchain Alkyl Aryl Sulfonates

Abstract: The main raw material of this article is benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene, isopropyl benzene and α-olefin (C20~C24), by Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction, sulfonation and neutralization .The ionic liquid catalyst has strong activity. Finally it synthesizes long chain alkyl benzene sulfonate, long-chain alkyl toluene sulfonate, long-chain alkyl ethylbenzene sulfonate and long-chain alkyl isopropylbenzene sulfonate. The structures of the intermediates and sulfonates were proved by FT-IR. We determine interfacial properties and emulsifying capacities of sulfonates, along with the increase of the concentration of surfactant, the interfacial tension of 4 kinds of surfactants decreased firstly and then increased, the interfacial tension can reach 10-2—10-3mN·m-1. For the liquid paraffin emulsion, the emulsifying capacity of long-chain alkyl isopropylbenzene sulfonate is bigger than others. When concentration is 0.3%, the emulsifying ability of 4 kinds of sulfonates will reach the maximum value.
