可控大粒径硅胶微球的制备

摘要: 采用种子聚合诱导胶体凝聚法合成了单分散性好,粒径均匀的大粒径硅胶微球。系统研究了制备体系介质性质、种子物料的质量比、扩径物料的加入时间及加入次数等诸因素对硅胶微球粒径及微观结构的影响,确定最佳制备条件。并通过电子显微镜、激光粒度仪等手段对制备出的硅胶微球的粒径、外观形貌、孔容、孔径、比表面等微观形态进行了表征。通过该技术可以制备出可控粒径的硅胶微球,并且孔径约10 nm,分布均匀,比表面积大于350 m2·g-1,非常适合用于高压色谱分离柱的填料。

Preparation of Large Monodispersed Spherical Silica Particles

Abstract:The monodispersed mesoporous silica spheres were synthesized by polymer induced colloid aggregation method and seed particle growth method. The effect of seed particle size and distribution, solvent, the additional feed/seed ratio, the introducing timing of the additional feed for particle size growth and the growth times etc., on the final particle size and microstructure of silica were studied by SEM, Laser Particle Sizer etc., devices. Large sized, monodispersed spherical silica particles with more than 350 m2·g-1 of large surface area, 10nm of pore diameter and narrow pore size distribution can be obtained, which have found promising applications in packing material in HPLC column and ceramic field.
