摘要:石榴叶60%乙醇提取物用硅胶、sephadexLH20柱色谱等分离纯化,以理化性质和光谱分析鉴定结构。抑菌活性测定采用滤纸片扩散法。石榴叶粗提物对11种植物病原真菌和4种细菌的体外抗菌效果很好,并从中分离纯化得到6种单体化合物,经鉴定结构分别为β谷甾醇(1)、胡萝卜苷(2)、槲皮素3OβD葡萄糖苷(3)、木犀草素3′OβD葡萄糖苷(4)、没食子酸(5)、鞣花酸(6)。化合物(1)~(3)在石榴叶中为首次发现。

Antipathogen Activity Components of Leaves of Punica Granatum L.

Abstract: The leaves of Punica granatum L. was extracted with 60 % ethanol, and separated with silica gel and Sephadex LH20 column chromatography. Structures of the compounds were identified by their physical chemical character and spectral analysis. The different extracts of pomegranate leaf total inhibitory against 11 kinds of pathogenesis bacterial and 4 kinds of epiphyte effect is very good. Six compounds were isolated from the leaves of Punica granatum L. They areβsitosterol (1), daucosterol (2), quercetin3OβD glucoside (3), luteolin 3'OβD glucoside (4), gallic acid(5), ellagic acid(6). Compound (1)—(3) were isolated from leaves of Punica granatum L. for the first time.
