摘要: 建立三叉杆滑块式万向联轴器输出轴采用双径向轴承安装时的系统坐标系,应用坐标变换技术建立输入轴轴线与输出轴叉杆交点的关系方程,利用输入轴与输出轴的等角速传动特性对传递元件滑块进行受载分析,推导出滑块所受最大载荷与滑块在三叉杆平面内所受载荷的关系方程,最后得出三叉杆滑块式万向联轴器的传输能力表达式。结果表明:三叉杆滑块式等角速万向联轴器的传输能力随偏转角的增大而降低平缓,这种特性对于存在偏转角又要求结构紧凑、传输能力高的传动装置设计提供了较为理想的方案。

Transmission Capacity Analysis of the Tripod Sliding Universal Joint

Abstract: The coordinate system of the tripod sliding universal joint installed twin radial bearings is established, and the intersection point relationship equation of the input shaft and the output shaft is established using coordinate transformation method, which to derive the motion equations of output shaft when the movement of input and output shaft existing deflection angle. Using constant angular velocity characteristics, the loads on the sliders which are the main transfer components is analyzed, and the relationship equation of the maximum load on the sliders in the plane of the tripod is deduced. Then the transmission capacity expressions of the tripod sliding universal joint is obtained. The results show that the transmission capacity decreased smoothly with the deflection angle increasing. This joint provides an ideal solution for the transmission design which existing common deflection angles but requiring compact construction and strong transmission.
