含微网的配电网动态随机调度控制

摘要: 未来微网会逐步接入配网,直接影响配网运行的安全性与经济性,现有控制方法以微网计划运行成本最小为目标,没有考虑配网安全性与经济性。为此,提出综合考虑微网与配网计划运行成本最小的动态随机调度控制方法。首先分别建立微网和配网期望计划运行成本最小的机会约束规划模型,采用粒子群优化算法和两点估计法求解;再根据微网和配网分别优化结果得到的二者之间功率交换控制区间,利用粒子群优化算法寻找二者综合期望计划运行成本最小的功率交换值,从而确定微网和配电网的最优动态随机调度控制方案;最后验证了改进的IEEE33节点标准系统算法的实用性。

Dynamic Stochastic Dispatching with MicroGrid in Distribution Network

Abstract: The more and more microgrids (MGs) will be in distribution network in the future. The MGs will directly influence the safety and economy of distribution network. The objectives of proposed methods are to minimize the operation cost and did not consider the safety and economy of distribution network. Thus this paper proposes a dynamic stochastic dispatching control methods and the objective include the operation for the distribution network too. Firstly the chance constrained programming model for the minimum operation cost of MGs and the distribution network are independently established. The particle swarm optimization (PSO) method and two point estimation method (TPEM) are used to solve the model. Then the power exchange interval between MGs and distribution network are obtained. The power exchange values are calculated by PSO method and the optimum dynamic stochastic dispatching control schemes are obtained. Finally, the improved IEEE33 node distribution network validates the practicality of the proposed algorithm.
