摘要: 对化学镀NiZnP合金的镀前预处理方法进行了研究,通过单因素实验方法研究了主盐硫酸镍浓度、主盐硫酸锌浓度、络合剂乳酸浓度、还原剂次亚磷酸钠浓度、镀液温度、pH值、施镀时间对镀层耐蚀性的影响,观察镀层的微观形貌、研究了镀层的组成成分及晶相结构。结果表明:预镀薄镍层是化学镀NiZnP合金比较适宜的前处理方法,硫酸镍20 g·L-1、硫酸锌6 g·L-1、乳酸20 mL·L-1、次亚磷酸钠24 g·L-1、镀液温度80 ℃、pH值 5、时间 2 h,镀层耐蚀性能良好。镀层为致密的颗粒结构,含锌506%(质量分数),镀层为晶态结构。

Pretreatment and Corrosion Properties Study of Electroless Plating NiZnP Alloy

Abstract: In this paper, the pretreatment methods of electroless NiZnP alloy plating are investigated. The effects of the concentration of main salt nickel sulfate and zinc sulfate, lactate concentration of complexing agent, sodium hypophosphite concentration of reducing agent, bath temperature, pH value and plating time on the corrosion resistance of coating. Observation of morphology,study on the composition of the coating and crystal phase, the results demonstrate that preplating a thin nickel layer is appropriate pretreatment method for electroless plating NiZnP alloy. When the bath components contain 20 g·L-1 nickel sulfate, 6 g·L-1 zinc sulfate, 20 mL·L-1 lactic acid and 24 g·L-1 sodium hypophosphite, and the bath temperature is 80 ℃, the pH value keeps at 5 and the plating time lasts 2 h, the obtained coating shows excellent performance of corrosion resistance. The obtained coating is a dense grain structure with 5.06% zinc,crystal structure of the coating is amorphous structure.
