混合燃料生物油燃烧机的研究与设计

 摘要: 在我国不仅能源消耗巨大,而且能源利用率低、能源消费结构失衡,这使得环境污染严重,节能环保新能源越来越得到人们的重视。随着生物质热裂解制取生物质清洁燃油技术的不断发展,开发出一种高效、稳定的工业用生物油燃烧机迫在眉睫。然而传统的燃烧生物油的燃烧机,由于燃烧不充分等问题很难达到技术要求。因而设计出一台混合燃料生物油燃烧机,该燃烧机能够通过调节生物油及可燃不凝气的比例,使其充分混合并燃烧,进而达到高的燃烧效率,为工业生产提供有力的支持。并给出了混合燃料生物油燃烧机的整体结构设计、雾化喷嘴结构及尺寸设计计算以及生物质燃油和可燃不凝气通过雾化喷嘴燃烧的模拟仿真。

 Research and Design of the Mixed Fuel Raw Material Fuel Burner

 Abstract: China not only gets a huge energy consumption, but the low energy utilization rate and unbalanced energy consumption structure, which causes serious environmental pollution, and energy saving and environmental protection of new energy more and more draw people′s attention. With the continuous development of biomass thermal cracking to produce biomass clean fuel technology, it is urgent to develop an efficient and stable industrial bio oil combustion engine. However, it is difficult to reach the technical requirements due to the inadequate combustion and other issues for  the traditional burning of bio oil combustion engine. So this paper designs a hybrid fuel bio oil combustion machine which is by adjusting the proportion of bio oil and non combustible gas to make them fully mixed combustion of bio oil, so as to achieve the high combustion efficiency to provide strong support for the industrial production. In this paper, it is presented the overall structure design, the structure and the size design of the atomizing nozzle, the design calculation of the structure and the size of the mixed fuel bio oil combustion engine.
