摘要: 以石墨纤维为导热填料、二甲基硅油为基体,通过简单混磨制备了一系列石墨纤维/硅油导热膏。通过石墨纤维表面镀银处理、加入硅烷偶联剂KH570等改善导热膏的性能。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等表征手段,对镀银石墨纤维进行了表征。结果表明:导热膏的导热系数随着石墨纤维添加量的增大而增大,最高达到121 W·(m·K)-1;加入硅烷偶联剂KH570可以有效提高导热膏的导热性能,加入量为石墨纤维的25%~3%(质量分数)时最好;石墨纤维经过镀银化处理之后,导热系数进一步提高到154 W·(m·K)-1。

Preparation and Thermal Conductivity of Graphite Fiber Thermal Grease

Abstract: A series of thermal greases were prepared via facile milling method with graphite fiber as filler and dimethylsilicone oil as substrate. The properties of the thermal grease were improved by coating silver on the graphite fiber surface and adding coupling agent KH570. The silver graphite fiber coated with silver was characterized with Xray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The result showed that thermal conductivity of the thermal grease increased with the increase of filler,and the highest thermal conductivity was up to 121 W·(m·K)-1. The thermal conductivity of the thermal grease can be improved by adding KH570. The best property can be obtained when the KH570 mass fraction is 25%-3%. The thermal conductivity of the grease added graphite fiber coated with silver can reach 154 W·(m·K)-1.
