基于ANSYS和ADAMS的双摆杆弹性冲击试验机的研究

摘要: 针对双摆杆弹性冲击试验机工作时下摆杆的受力情况开展研究,结合多柔体系统动力学方法,建立了基于刚柔耦合的冲击试验机的虚拟样机,进行冲击试验机的动态特性仿真与评价。导出下摆杆处于危险工况下铰接处的受力曲线,将下摆杆柔性体的载荷文件导入到ANSYS中进行有限元分析,判断下摆杆在工作中所受的最大等效应力,并提出对关键部位硬度强化的条件。

 Research of Elastically Impacting Test Machine with Double  Pendulum Rod Based on ANSYS and ADAMS

 Abstract: Research was carried out by the forces of the hem rod of the working double pendulum rod elastic impact testing machine.Combined with flexible multibody system dynamics,the virtual prototype is built based on the coupled impact testing machine,and then conduct simulation and evaluation of the impact testing machine.Draw the force curve at the hem rod hinged. Then,made finite element analysis by load file of the flexible body hem rod into the ANSYS to estimate the maximum equivalent stress hem lever suffered at work,and then proposed conditions to strengthen key parts of the hardness,which provided a good theoretical basis for engineering applications.
