模块化多电平换流器子模块等效数学模型的建立及仿真

 摘要: 模块化多电平换流器(MMC)中包含的半导体开关器件数量是2电平、3电平电压源换流器(VSC)的2次幂倍,随着系统电平数的增加,大量功率器件的引入给模型的电磁暂态仿真带来了困难。本研究把IGBT等效为2个不同状态的等效电阻,将MMC子模块的模型简化,根据戴维宁定理建立了MMC子模块的数学模型和MMC桥臂数学模型。最后,在MATLAB/Simulink下搭建基于MMC子模块数学模型的21电平仿真电路和基于MMC桥臂数学模型的61电平VSCHVDC输电系统仿真电路,并与采用器件模型的仿真结果进行对比。仿真验证了该数学模型的准确性和可靠性。

  Establishment and Simulation of MMC Submodule   Equivalent Mathematical Model

 Abstract: The number of semiconductor switches in a modular multilevel converter(MMC)is typically two orders of magnitudes larger than that in a two or three level voltage source converter(VSC). With increasing of the number of system level, the large number of power switches bring challenge for electromagnetic transient simulation. The equivalence model of IGBT is two different resistors in this paper.We introduced Thevenin′s theorem to simplify the MMC submodule, and build mathematical model of submodule and MMC arm. At last, we built the 21level simulation circuits based on the mathematical model of submodule and 61level VSCHVDC based on mathematical model of MMC arm using MATLAB, and compared with the circuit using the device model. The simulation results verified the accuracy and reliability of the established MMC module.
