HPAM/Cr(Ⅲ)体系的交联动力学

 摘要: 采用黏度法研究HPAM/Cr(Ⅲ)体系的宏观交联动力学,发现可将交联过程分为诱导期,加速期和终止期3个阶段。在30~60 ℃范围内,加速期的表观活化能Ea=5611 kJ·mol-1。同时,采用紫外可见吸光光度法研究HPAM/Cr(Ⅲ)体系的微观交联动力学,可将交联过程分为快速交联阶段和慢速交联阶段2个阶段。结果表明:快速交联阶段的反应速率较慢速交联阶段的反应速率快很多,对吸光度的增加起决定作用,同时得到快速交联阶段在30~60 ℃范围内的表观活化能Ea=6095 kJ·mol-1。通过黏度法与紫外可见光度法的结合,可以从宏观和微观上更加清晰地认识HPAM/Cr(Ⅲ)体系交联动力学,为油田上深部调剖提供一定的理论支持。

 Crosslinking Dynamics of HPAM/Cr(Ⅲ) Systems

 Abstract: Using viscosity method on the macroscopic crosslinking dynamics of HPAM/Cr(Ⅲ) systems,  gelation process can be divided into three periods, including induction period, acceleration period and stable period. In the 30 to60 ℃range, the apparent activation energy of the acceleration period is 5611 kJ·mol-1. Meanwhile the microscopic crosslinking dynamics of HPAM/Cr(Ⅲ) systems was studied by using Uvvisible spectroscopy method. The gelation process can be distributed into two periods: fast and slow gelation. The results show that the reaction rate of fast gelation is much faster than that of slow gelation and it is crucial to the increase of absorbance.The apparent activation energy of the fast gelation is 6095 kJ·mol-1 inthe 30 to60 ℃range. By using viscosity method with the combination of Uvvisible spectroscopy, we can understand crosslinking dynamics of HPAM/Cr(Ⅲ) systems clearly from macroscopy and microscopy, providing theoretical support for deep profile control in the oil field.
