摘要: 提出了一种汽车差速器啮合效率的计算方法。选用直齿轮积分法啮合效率公式,将直齿锥齿轮等效为当量直齿圆柱齿轮,建立了一对定轴直齿锥齿轮的效率公式。然后,通过转化轮系法,引入“差速系数k”的概念,推导出差动轮系的啮合效率公式。利用该效率公式,只需计算出一对直齿锥齿轮效率和差速系数k即可准确求出差动轮系的效率。

Calculation Method of Meshing Efficiency for Auto Differential Mechanism

Abstract: This paper puts forward a kind of automobile differential mechanism calculation method of meshing efficiency.Choosing straight gear integral method the formula of meshing efficiency, the straight tooth bevel gear is equivalent to the equivalent spur gears,a pair of fixed axis efficiency formula of the straight bevel gear is established. Then, through the conversion method of gear train, the introduction of the concept of "differential coefficient k", travel pulley of the formula of meshing efficiency is derived. Using the efficiency formula, only need to calculate the efficiency of a pair of straight bevel gear and differential coefficient k can be accurate to travel pulley system efficiency.
