氯化物型盐湖低品位钾矿溶浸开采的工艺条件

摘要: 低品位钾矿溶浸开采时,存在资源浪费严重和溶浸通道被阻断的问题。采用适当浓度溶剂进行溶浸开采工艺条件的研究,确定最佳工艺条件为:固液质量比1∶06;溶剂配比为氯化钠饱和度的80%;氯化镁的质量分数为8%;溶解时间为72 h。该条件下KCl的含量大于12%,盐矿骨架不坍塌,溶浸通道畅通,符合工艺要求。

 Research of Lowgrade Potash in Chloride Salt Lake  Leaching Mining Process Conditions

 Abstract: Leaching mining of lowgrade potash, there are two problems: a serious waste of resources and leaching channels are blocked. Appropriate concentration of the solvent leaching mining process conditions were studied to determine the optimum conditions: solidliquid ratio is 1∶06; solvent ratio is 80% sodium chloride saturation and the mass fraction of magnesium chloride is 8%; dissolution time is 72 h. Under these conditions, the content of KCl is greater than 12%, salt skeleton does not collapse, and leaching channels unobstructed. All of these meet the technical requirements.
