摘要: 近年来纳米技术的进步催生了一种新型的荧光纳米材料荧光金纳米簇,它是一种由几十到几百个金原子组成且粒径小于2 nm的荧光纳米材料。因其独特的光物理化学性质、简便的合成、超小的粒径尺寸以及良好的生物相容性,近几年在生物传感领域受到了越来越广泛的应用。本工作总结了近几年利用不同保护剂来合成荧光金纳米簇的方法及其在传感成像应用方面的最新进展,并对荧光金纳米簇的前景和挑战做出了展望。

Science and Technology, Qingdao 266042, China)Abstract: Recent progress in nanotechnology has generated a new type of fluorescent nanomaterialsfluorescent gold nanoclusters, which incorporates various numbers of atoms ranging from only a few to several hundred, with diameters<2 nm. in recent years, because of their photophysical and photochemical property, convenient synthesis, ultrasmall size and good biocompatibility, au nanoclusters have been widely utilized in the field of biological sensing applications. this paper summarizes the common synthesis strategies for achieving fluorescent au nanoclusters using different capping agents, and emphasizes recent advances in their fluorescent sensing applications. we also propose the prospects and challenges for the synthesis and application of au nanoclusters.
