摘要: 基于在碱性介质中,山奈酚对钴铁氧体催化鲁米诺产生化学发光有明显的抑制作用,建立一种测定痕量山奈酚的流动注射化学发光分析方法。考察了鲁米诺浓度、钴铁氧体浓度、反应介质以及pH值对化学发光体系测定山奈酚的影响,同时做多种共存物质对测定的干扰试验。在优化的试验条件下,该分析方法的线性范围5×10-9~1×10-6 g·mL-1,检出限28×10-9 g·mL-1,对浓度为5×10-8 g·mL-1山奈酚平行测定11次,其相对标准偏差为29%。该方法用于三叶青中痕量山奈酚含量的测定,回收率为91%~107%。

Determination of Trace Kaempferol in Tetrastigme Hemsleyanum by Flow InjectionInhibited Chemiluminescence

Abstract: The analytical method of kaempferol based on its inhibited effect on the chemiluminescence generated from the luminolCoFe2O4 reaction in alkaline medium. The influences of experiment including the concentration of luminol, CoFe2O4, reaction medium and pH were investigated. Subsequently, the effects of various foreign species on the determination of kampeferol were studied. Under the optimum conditions, the dynamic linear ranges of kaempferol was 5×10-9—1×10-6 g·mL-1 with a detection limit of 28×10-9 g·mL-1. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of 11 determinations for 5×10-8 g·mL-1 kaempferol is 29%. The analytical method was applied to determine the content of kaempferol in Tetrastigme hemsleyanum with satisfactory results that the recovery was 91%—107%.
