摘要: 以麻黄草为试材,对其微波提取物进行抑菌研究,以抑菌活性为指标,对提取时间、提取功率、溶剂、料液比等因素进行讨论,采用L9(34)正交试验对提取工艺进行优化。采用菌丝生长速率法对各提取物的抑菌活性进行测定,计算出各提取物的半致死浓度,试验数据表明:萃取功率600 W,萃取时间5 min,料液比5∶70,溶剂为丙酮时为最佳提取工艺。

Research on Antibacterial Activity of Ephedra Extracts by Microwaveassisted

Abstract: This paper investigated the optimum microwaveassisted extraction proeess of ephedra by application of orthogonal tests. Taking the antibacterial activity as index, with extraction time, extraction power,solvent and solidliquid ratio as factors,extraction technology was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal test. By using the mycelium growth rates, the inhibition of ephedra extracts were measured, the minimum inhibitory concentration and EC50 were calculated. It was found that the optimum extraction technology were: microwave power at 600 W, extraction time at 5 min, solidliquid ratio is 5∶70, solvent is acetone.
