摘要: 设计了单阻尼流道、单分流挡板流道及双阻尼分流流道结构,模拟了不同流道结构挤出成型过程中的速度场和压力场,对双阻尼分流机头进行了优化设计。并通过橡胶/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的性能测试分析对比了各流道结构的优缺点。结果表明:与单阻尼流道及单分流挡板流道机头相比,双阻尼分流机头能够使胶料的出口速度保持一致,对物料的取向作用也十分明显,并且能更大程度地提高蒙脱土在纳米复合材料中的分散程度,从而改善橡胶/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的加工性能。

Design of Doubledamping Diffluent Die and Extrusion Properties of NR/MMT Composite

Abstract: The flow channel structure of singledamping, single shunt baffle and doubledamping shunt were designed. And the velocity field and pressure field of the extrusion molding process of these flow channel structure were simulated. The doubledamping shunt head was carried out optimized design. The advantages and disadvantages of the flow channel structure were comparatively analyzed through the rubber/montmorillonite nanocomposite performance test. The results show that, when being compared with flow channel heads of singledamping and single shunt baffle, the doubledamping shunt head enable outlet velocity of the rubber to keep consistent, having a significant effect on the orientation of materials. In addition, it can improve the dispersion degree of the montmorillonite in the composite material to a greater extent, so as to improve the processing performance of the rubber and montmorillonite composite materials.
