双阻尼分流机头优化设计及对橡胶/蒙脱土纳米复合材料挤出性能的影响

摘要: 设计了单阻尼流道、单分流挡板流道及双阻尼分流流道结构,模拟了不同流道结构挤出成型过程中的速度场和压力场,对双阻尼分流机头进行了优化设计。并通过橡胶/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的性能测试分析对比了各流道结构的优缺点。结果表明:与单阻尼流道及单分流挡板流道机头相比,双阻尼分流机头能够使胶料的出口速度保持一致,对物料的取向作用也十分明显,并且能更大程度地提高蒙脱土在纳米复合材料中的分散程度,从而改善橡胶/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的加工性能。

Design of Doubledamping Diffluent Die and Extrusion Properties of NR/MMT Composite

Abstract: The flow channel structure of singledamping, single shunt baffle and doubledamping shunt were designed. And the velocity field and pressure field of the extrusion molding process of these flow channel structure were simulated. The doubledamping shunt head was carried out optimized design. The advantages and disadvantages of the flow channel structure were comparatively analyzed through the rubber/montmorillonite nanocomposite performance test. The results show that, when being  compared with flow channel heads of singledamping and single shunt baffle, the doubledamping shunt head enable outlet velocity of the rubber to keep consistent, having a significant effect on the orientation of materials. In addition, it can improve the dispersion degree of the montmorillonite in the composite material to a greater extent, so as to improve the processing performance of the rubber and montmorillonite composite materials.
