菊花中黄酮成分加压提取的动力学研究

摘要: 研究了菊花中黄酮成分的加压提取动力学。利用提取传质过程中的“二阶”动力学模型,考察不同温度下黄酮成分的质量浓度与提取时间之间的关系,并推导提取过程中的提取速率常数和表观活化能。结果表明,菊花中黄酮成分的提取速率常数与温度有关,k=16×105exp(-32 1685/RT),得出提取动力学方程式为Ct=t/{1/\[29×107exp(-6 002/T)\]+t/(0006T-1465 3)},表观活化能为32 1685 J·mol-1。

  Kinetics of Pressurized Extraction on Flavonoid of Chrysanthemum Monfolium Ramat

Abstract: The extraction kinetics of flavonoid from Chrysanthemum monfolium Ramat by pressurized extraction was investigated. The extraction model of a secondorder mechanism was developed to predict the concentration of flavonoid with various extraction temperatures. The extraction process was analysed to gain the parameter of Ea and the rate constant. The results showed that the rate constant is a function of the temperature, the relation of the rate constant with temperature was deduced: k=16×105×exp(-32 1685/RT),and the extraction kinetic equation was described: Ct=t/{1/\[29×107×exp (-6 002/T)\]+t/(0006T-1465 3)}, Ea was 32 1685 J·mol-1.
