负载型非晶合金催化剂NiCoP/γAl2O3催化硼氢化钠水解制氢

摘要:  以三氧化二铝(γAl2O3)为载体材料,采用化学镀法在基体表面沉积了NiCoP非晶态合金催化剂。采用能量色散X射线谱仪(EDS)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、化学吸附仪(BET)等手段对样品的元素组成、形貌和结构进行了表征,用硼氢化钠水解制氢反应考察了NiCoP/γAl2O3非晶态合金催化剂的催化性能。结果表明,化学镀NiCoP/γAl2O3非晶态合金催化剂具有非常粗糙的表面和很大的比表面积,对催化碱性硼氢化钠溶液水解具有良好的催化活性和循化使用性能。通过对动力学数据研究得到该催化剂的活化能Ea=3697 kJ·mol-1。

Hydrogen Generation from Hydrolysis of Sodium Borohydride Solution

Using Supported Amorphous Alloy NiCoP/Al2O3 Catalysts

Abstract: Amorphous NiCoP alloy catalysts supported on aluminum oxide (γAl2O3) were synthesized via electroless deposition. Energy dispersive Xray spectrometer (EDS), field emission scanning electron Microscope (SEM) and Xray diffraction (XRD), nitrogen adsorptiondesorption isotherm (BET) were used to characterize the surface element composition, morphology and structure of the amorphous alloy. Hydrogen generation from the hydrolysis of sodium borohydride solution was used to evaluate the catalytic activity of the amorphous NiCoP/γAl2O3 alloy. The results show that the amorphous NiCoP alloy catalysts supported on γAl2O3 have a very rough surface, which give the catalysts a large specific surface area. The prepared catalysts exhibit high catalytic activity and reusability in hydrogen generation from catalytic hydrolysis of sodium borohydride solution. The reported work also includes the full experimental details for the collection of a wealth of kinetic data to determine the activation energy (Ea=3697 kJ·mol-1).
