添加剂对WX/U脱硫装置脱硫性能增强作用的试验研究

摘要: WX/U型脱硫装置是作者自主研发的新型湿法脱硫装置,核心元件为文丘里洗涤器单元、二次喷淋区域和旋流分离器单元。在WX/U模拟试验平台上考察了在石灰浆液中分别添加造纸黑液、甲酸、柠檬酸与己二酸对其脱硫性能的增强效果。实验数据表明脱硫效果依次为:造纸黑液>甲酸>柠檬酸>己二酸。在此基础上,综合考虑增强效果、脱硫成本以及环境影响等方面,将所采用的无机添加剂与其他有机添加剂进行了对比分析。结果表明:采用造纸黑液、甲酸和硫酸钠作为脱硫添加剂均可行。其中硫酸钠的增强效果最显著,成本也较低,是一个非常有发展前景的添加剂。

Experimental Study on Enhancement of Additives on Desulfurization Performance of WX/U Desulphurization Equipment

 Abstract: WX/U desulphurization equipment (Chinese LOGO), whose core component is made up of venturi scrubber unit, spraying section, and hydrocyclone unit, is novel wet desulphurization equipment developed independently by the authors. In this paper, the enhancement effect of adipic acid, citrate acid, formic acid and waste liquid of paper mill on the desulfurization performance of WX/U desulphurization equipment using lime as absorbent was investigated respectively. The results showed that the sequence of enhancement was waste liquid of paper > formic acid > critic acid > adipic acid. Furthermore, in the light of desulfurization efficiency, capital cost, operation stability and continuity, and environmental impact factors, comprehensive analysis and comparison of additives used in the present investigation and inorganic additives use in other literature are performed. On the basis of the results, it could be concluded that the WX/U desulphurization equipment can choose waste liquid of paper mill, formic acid and sodium sulfate as desulphurization additives when using lime as absorbent. Among these additives, sodium sulfate was the most promoting additive for its highest enhancement on removal efficiency and low operation cost.
