摘要: 研究了高能电子束辐射丁苯橡胶(SBR)/ 纳米白炭黑(SiO2)复合材料的交联密度和力学性能变化,以及电子束辐射下纳米SiO2的SiO键吸收峰变化。实验结果表明:辐射硫化SBR/SiO2纳米复合材料的SiO键吸收峰蓝移20 cm-1,吸收强度减小;在50~300 kGy的辐射剂量范围内,随着辐射剂量的增加,辐射硫化SBR/SiO2复合材料的交联密度呈先增大,后减小,再增大的趋势,拉伸强度随辐射剂量、SiO2填充量的增加而增大。

Effects of Electron Beam Irradiation on Properties of Styrene Butadiene Rubber/Nanoscale Silica Composites

Abstract:This paper studies the crosslinking density, the mechanical properties and the Si—O bond of styrenebutadiene rubber (SBR)/nanoscale silica (SiO2) composites irradiated by the electron beam.The IR spectra indicates that the absorption peak of Si—O bond of SiO2 blueshifts to 20 cm-1 and the absorption strength reduces after irradiation. In the irradiation doses of 50—300 kGy, the crosslinking density of the SBR/SiO2 composites increase then decrease and increase again while the irradiation dosage is increasing. The mechanical properties of the SBR/SiO2 composites increase with the irradiation dosage and the SiO2 loadings increasing.
