小尺度复层物体传热过程分析

摘要: 以小尺度多层物体为对象,针对非对称传热工况,进行了复合传热特性及影响因素的分析。计算结果表明,电热膜发热量较低时,复合层各层的温差变化很小。随着发热量的增加,各层温差变化明显。电热膜的发热量约75%用于电热膜表面与空气的自然对流换热,25%用于向胶水侧的导热。改变复合层厚度对散热损失有一定影响,随着热通量的增加,厚度的改变对电热膜和玻璃的温差影响明显。

Performance Analysis on Heat Transfer Process of Small Scale Object

Abstract: To analyze the characterization of multilayer heat transfer and the effects on it, small scale object was studied. The results revealed that the natural convection showed better performance than open cavity natural convection in heat transfer. The thickness changing of multilayer had some effects on heat loss under asymmetric condition. With heat flux increasing, the change of thickness had obvious effect on temperature variation of electrothermal film and glass.
