乙炔法氯乙烯转化器的分段建模

摘要: 针对某厂聚氯乙烯(PVC)生产流程中乙炔法合成氯乙烯的列管式反应器,基于传热系数的不同,建立了氯乙烯转化一维均相分段数学模型。用该模型计算了反应管内的温度分布和反应器出口的乙炔转化率,模拟结果与现场数据吻合较好,表明该模型有一定的准确性。利用该模型研究了催化剂效率及反应管内外传热效率对转化器的影响。

Compartmental Modeling of Reactor for Vinyl Chloride Synthesized from Acetylene Method

Abstract: Based on tubular reactor for vinyl chloride synthesized from acetylene method in a PVC production process, and based on the various heat transfer efficiency, the compartmental mathematical model of VCM is established by onedimensional homogeneous model. The model is used to calculate the inner temperature profile of the reactor tube and the conversion of acetylene of the outlet of the reactor, the calculated results are in good agreement with the industrial data, which shows that the model is accurate and reliable. Then the model is used to analyze the influence of the catalyst and heat transfer efficiency, which states clearly it should control the heat transfer suitably when the effectiveness of catalyst is great, and the model can be used in the optimization of PVC production .
