摘要: 通过塑料烟密度仪和热重分析仪(TGA)研究了7种典型装饰材料的热分解特性和静态生烟性。结果表明:辐射功率越大,样品的比光密度和质量光密度越大;在相同的辐射功率下,有焰时的比光密度和质量光密度要明显小于无焰时的;材质相同时比光密度和质量光密度随着样品厚度的增加而减少。对比TGA实验结果可知,烟密度实验中的质量损失率正比于TGA的热失重率,即材料的热重失重率大,烟密度实验中的质量损失率也大。

Static Smoke Properties of Seven Decorative Materials

Abstract: The static smoke properties and thermal stabilities of seven decorative materials were studied by plastic smoke density tester and thermogravimetric analyzer. The results showed that both the specific optical density and the mass optical density of materials at 50 kW·m-2 heat flux were greater than those at 25 kW·m-2 heat flux. The application of an ignition source in the smoke density test decreased both the specific optical density and the mass optical density. For materials consisted of the same components both the specific optical density and the mass optical density decreased with increasing the specimen thickness. Compared with the results of thermogravimetric analyses, it was found that the mass loss of materials in the smoke density test was proportional to the mass loss in the thermogravimetric test.
