沥青砂混合料新型软岩相似材料的试验研究

摘要: 在地质力学模型材料研究的基础上,根据相似理论,通过大量的力学试验和数据分析,最终研制出一种模拟软岩特性的相似材料。该相似材料是用硬质沥青作为胶结剂,砂和锌粉作为骨料,橡胶粉作为调节剂混合而成的。对相似材料进行了常规的单轴压缩、劈裂拉伸和直剪试验,测定了该相似材料在不同配比下的抗压强度、抗拉强度、弹性模量、泊松比、内聚力、摩擦角等参数;并研究了养护时间对相似材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:该相似材料能很好地满足相似材料的选材要求,其物理力学参数变化范围大,破坏现象与软岩的非常相似,是模拟软岩的理想材料。

Experimental Research on a New Soft Rocksimilar Material with Asphalt and Sand

Abstract: Based on the similarity theory and the study of geomechanics model material, a new similar material for soft rock was developed by hundreds of mechanical tests and data analysis. It is a mixture of hard asphalt, sand, zinc powder and rubber powder. Hard asphalt is used as a cement, sand and zinc powder is used as the aggregate, and rubber powder is used as a regulator. The physical and mechanical properties of the similar material including instantaneous axial compressive strength, elastic modulus, Poisson′s ratio, tensile strength, cohesion and inner friction angel were studied by uniaxial compression test, Brazilian test and direct shear test. The effect of maintenance time on mechanical properties of similar material was investigated. The results showed that  the new soft rock similar material can satisfy the requirement of similar material  well, whose mechanical properties have a wide range. The failure phenomena of the new soft rock similar material is quite similar to soft rocks. It is an ideal soft rock similar material.
