涂层颜填料色相、尺度与微观状态对热屏蔽效果的影响

 摘要: 从光反射、散射机理入手,研究隔热涂料中颜填料的尺度与微观状态对热反射率的影响。研究结果表明,空心玻璃微珠的加入使涂层表面颜填料粒子排布更加紧密,涂层表面折射率和反射率均增大;与颜填料粒径10 μm的涂层相比,粒径5 μm的涂层中粒子排布紧密,粒子之间的距离低于1 μm,反射率更大,隔热效果更明显。

 Influence of Size and Microstate of Coating Pigments and Fillers on effect of Heat Shield

 Abstract: From the reflection and scattering mechanism of light, the main study of this thesis is the influence of size and microstate of coating pigments and fillers on the effect of heat shield in cooling paints. The research results show that the addition of hollow glass beads make coating on the surface of fillers particle arrangement more closely, the refractive index and reflectivity of the surface of coating increases; Compared with the 10 μm particle size in coating fillers, particle size of 5 μm arranges more closely, the distance of particles is close to 1 μm, and it has higher reflectivity, heat insulation effect is more obvious.
