厌氧条件下硫酸盐废水中硫化物生成的影响因素

 摘要: 采用实验室模拟废水进行实验,研究了硫酸盐转化为硫化物的条件,包括厌氧环境中有菌和无菌情况下硫酸盐(SO2-4)的浓度,反应时间,pH和温度对转化结果的影响,以出水硫化物的生成量为测定指标。得出结论:废水中硫酸盐含量为1 500 mg·L-1,时间36 h,pH介于68~70,温度在30~35 ℃之间,硫酸盐还原菌(Sulfate reducing bacteria,SRB)的生长活性较高,硫化物的生成量最大,为146 mg·L-1。

Factors Affecting the Sulfide Production in the Sulfate Wastewater Under Anaerobic Condition

Abstract: Several factors affecting the sulfate converting into sulfide between anaerobic bacterial and aseptic conditions were discussed,including SO2-4 dosage, reaction time,pH and temperature by simulation experiment. And the production of sulfide was the mensurate index.The result is that when the sulfate content in wastewater is 1 500 mg·L-1, reaction time is 36 h, pH between 68—72, the temperature between 30—35 ℃, the growth activity of the sulfate reducing bacteria is higher, and the generation of sulfide can reach 146 mg·L-1.
