基于多元传感器的人机交互式CNG储气井腐蚀检测系统

 摘要: 目前我国还没有检测CNG(压缩天然气)储气井井壁腐蚀的技术和装置。本研究提出了一种超声检测、井下视频检测和线结构激光检测三结合的人机交互式检测系统,可以对CNG储气井的均匀腐蚀区域作高速、低精度“粗查”,局部恶性腐蚀区域低速、高精度“细查”。实验表明,系统可以满足我国CNG储气井腐蚀检测的需要。

 HumanComputer Interactive System Based on Multisensor for Corrosion Inspection of CNG Storage Well Wall

 Abstract: At present,Chinalacks the techniques and devices for the corrosion inspection of CNG storage well wall. A humancomputer interactive system for corrosion inspection of CNG storage well wall is presented in the paper,which is based on ultrasonic testing, computer vision and linelaser techniques. General corrosion areas can be inspected in “normal scanning” mode in a relatively higher speed and lower accuracy, while severe corrosion areas can be inspected in “intensive scanning” mode in a lower speed and higher accuracy. Our experiments indicated that the system could meet the requirements of corrosion inspections of CNG wells in our country.
