摘要: 目前我国还没有检测CNG(压缩天然气)储气井井壁腐蚀的技术和装置。本研究提出了一种超声检测、井下视频检测和线结构激光检测三结合的人机交互式检测系统,可以对CNG储气井的均匀腐蚀区域作高速、低精度“粗查”,局部恶性腐蚀区域低速、高精度“细查”。实验表明,系统可以满足我国CNG储气井腐蚀检测的需要。

HumanComputer Interactive System Based on Multisensor for Corrosion Inspection of CNG Storage Well Wall

Abstract: At present,Chinalacks the techniques and devices for the corrosion inspection of CNG storage well wall. A humancomputer interactive system for corrosion inspection of CNG storage well wall is presented in the paper,which is based on ultrasonic testing, computer vision and linelaser techniques. General corrosion areas can be inspected in “normal scanning” mode in a relatively higher speed and lower accuracy, while severe corrosion areas can be inspected in “intensive scanning” mode in a lower speed and higher accuracy. Our experiments indicated that the system could meet the requirements of corrosion inspections of CNG wells in our country.
