摘要: 以小球藻为原料,选用MCM41和Hβ两种分子筛催化剂,在固定床反应器上进行催化热解实验,研究了分子筛催化剂对小球藻热解产物分布、生物油物性和组成的影响。与直接热解相比,MCM41分子筛催化剂使生物油产率下降706%,氧含量和含水率分别降至9257%和7804%,热值提高近8%,达到31224 MJ·kg-1。小球藻经MCM41和Hβ催化热解后,脂肪烃、醇类和含氮化合物含量都明显增加,同时酚类和羰基化合物含量减少。结果表明,两种分子筛均具有一定的催化脱氧功效,且MCM41比Hβ更有利于改善小球藻热解油的品质和燃料用途。

Study on Catalytic Pyrolysis of Chlorella to Biooil with MCM41/Hβ as Catalyst

Abstract: Catalytic pyrolysis experiments of chlorella were carried out in a fixed bed reactor using molecular sieves MCM41 and Hβ. The influence of the both catalysts on the product distribution, physical property and components of biooil were researched. With MCM41 catalyst, the yield of the biooil decreased about 706%, and the oxygen content and moisture content of the biooil reduced to 9257% and 7804% respectively. The biooil calorific value increased by 8%, and reached 31224 MJ·kg-1. The catalytic pyrolysis of chlorella with MCM41 increased the yields of aliphatic hydrocarbon, alcohols and nitrogenous compounds significantly, while, the mass fraction of phenols and carbonyl compounds decreased.The results indicated that both the catalysts exhibited certain degrees of deoxygenation. In general, it is more conducive to improve the quality of the biooil for MCM41 than Hβ as the catalyst in the catalytic pyrolysis of chlorella.
