基于ANSYS Workbench的救生舱舱体优化分析

 摘要: 目前对救生舱舱体参数的设计大多还是根据设计人员的经验来确定的,这种设计方法往往效率低下,不能适应新的要求。利用基于ANSYS Workbench (AWE)的协同设计方法,可以有效缩短设计周期,降低设计成本,提高救生舱的可靠性和经济性。以方形救生舱舱体为例,通过Pro/E与AWE的协同优化功能对其结构参数进行仿真分析,并与之前的经验设计参数比较,得到最优设计点。

 Optimum Research ofMobileRefuge Chamber Based on ANSYS Workbench

 Abstract: At present, the parameter design of mobile refuge chamber body is mostly based on the experience of designers. This design method is often inefficient, and cannot adapt to the new requirements. Using the method of collaborative design based on AWE, can shorten the design cycle, reduce design cost, and improve the reliability and economy of mobile refuge chamber. In this paper, a square mobile refuge chamber body is taken as an example, and its structure parameters simulation analysis is done through Pro/E and AWE of the collaborative optimization function, which can compare with the previous design parameters to get the most optimal design point.
