负载二茂铁的富勒烯C60六边形片晶的制备及表征

 摘要: 利用液液界面析出法在富勒烯C60和二茂铁(Fc)的甲苯异丙醇体系中,成功地制备了负载Fc的富勒烯C60/Fc片晶。通过偏光显微镜(POM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱(IR)和拉曼光谱(Raman)、能谱(EDS)和X射线衍射分析(XRD)等对C60/Fc片晶的形貌结构、组分与元素分布以及晶型进行了表征。POM观察结果表明,C60/Fc片晶的形状近似于六边形,尺寸均匀,粒径约为10 μm。SEMEDS的观察分析结果发现,Fe元素均匀地分布在C60片晶的表面。IR和拉曼光谱分析表明,C60/Fc片晶中C60和Fc之间各自分别以分子状态存在。XRD结果表明,C60/Fc片晶为单斜晶型。

Preparation and Characterization of Ferrocene Incorporated Fullerene C60 Hexagonal Wafers

 Abstract: We successfully prepared ferrocene (Fc) incorporated fullerene C60 (C60/Fc) hexagonal wafers by liquidliquid interfacial precipitation (LLIP)  method using toluene solution of C60 and Fc mixture and isopropyl alcohol. Morphology, structure, component and element distribution of the C60/Fc hexagonal wafers were fully characterized by means of polarizing microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), infrared spectroscopy (IR), Raman spectra and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). It is found from POM that the hexagonal highly crystallized C60/Fc wafers equally distributed with a size of 10 μm. The SEMEDS microscopic images reveal that the C60/Fc hexagonal wafers incorporated Fe element with fine dispersion. IR and Raman spectra indicate that between C60 and Fc exist in molecular state in C60 / Fc wafer, respectively. XRD pattern of C60/Fc indicates the crystal structure is monoclinic.
