摘要: 以正硅酸乙酯为硅源,氨水调节体系pH值,采用沉淀法制备二氧化硅微球。考察了聚乙二醇、曲拉通X100、吐温80等非离子表面活性剂对二氧化硅微球形貌的影响,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)以及X射线衍射对其进行表征。结果表明,表面活性剂的种类不同,加入量不同,可制备出粒径范围在80~600 nm 左右的光滑的二氧化硅微球。

Effect of Surfactants on Spherical Silica Preparation

Abstract: SiO2 microspheres were synthesized by a precipitation method, using raw materials of tetraethyl orthosilicate as silicon source, ammonia as a precipitant, and cyclohexane as a solvent. The effects of various surfactants, polyglycol, Triton X100, and Tween80, were investigated. The products were characterized by Xray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM),and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results indicated that the prepared SiO2 was approximately spherical with an average particle size of 80—600 nm.
