摘要: 以氯虫苯甲酰胺的结构为基础,合成了系列新型邻甲酰胺基苯甲酰胺类化合物,所有化合物均通过核磁共振氢谱、红外和元素分析等手段表征确定。初步的生物活性测试结果表明,在质量浓度为1 μg·mL-1时,个别化合物对小菜蛾Plutella xylostella的致死率达到100%,高于先导化合物氯虫苯甲酰胺。

Synthesis and Biological Activities of Novel Anthranilic Diamides Derivatives

Abstract: A series of novel anthranilic Diamides derivatives developed from the structure of chlorantraniliprole was synthesized. Their structures were characterized by 1H NMR、IR and elemental analysis. The preliminary results of biological activity experiment showed that a compound’s mortality rate reached 100% against Plutella xylostella under 1 μg·mL-1. It showed comparatively higher activity than chlorantraniliprole.
